从单胺机制分析抑郁症与癌症的关联 被引量:3

From monoamine mechanism illustrating the association between depression and cancer

摘要 癌症是目前威胁人类生命的严重疾病之一,抑郁症则是常见的精神疾患。近年来,癌症病人中抑郁症的高发逐渐引起重视,但是对于其机制的研究少之又少。在对抑郁症的病因研究中也发现了与癌症相关的因素。影响它们之间关联的机制有很多。研究发现抑郁症的发生与单胺类神经递质如5-羟色胺(hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(noradrenaline,NA)、多巴胺(dopamine,DA)的含量减少有关。同时,在癌症发病机制的研究中发现单胺类神经递质有重要的作用。单胺类神经递质主要是由于与受体、转运体等作用的变化引起合成、储存、降解等改变从而导致单胺类神经递质的缺乏和作用的降低进一步影响抑郁症与癌症。本综述从三种单胺类神经递质5-HT、NA、DA入手,分别阐述它们在抑郁症及癌症的作用,进一步为抑郁症与癌症之间的关联提供依据。 Currently,cancer has become one of the most serious diseases that threaten human life. And depression is the most common mental disorder. In recent years,the high incidence of depression in cancer patients has attracted more and more attention,but few studies have been done on its mechanism. What's more,cancer-related factors have also been found in the etiology of depression. There are many mechanisms for the associations between them. This review discusses the relationship between cancer and depression from the monoamine hypothesis. Studies found that the occurrence of depression is associated with the decrease of monoamines,such as 5-hydroxytryptamine( 5-HT),noradrenaline( NA) and dopamine( DA). At the same time,in the research of cancer pathogenesis found that monoamines play an important role. Monoamine substances affect the synthesis,storage and degradation of cancer by making changes to receptors,transporters and other aspects,resulting in the lack and disfunction of monoamine substances and further influence on depression and cancer. This review will focus on 5-HT,NA and DA to illustrate their functions in depression and cancer,and provide evidences for the associations between depression and cancer.
