摘要 受构造应力影响,综采工作面在回采期间顶板出现破碎现象,若不采取合理有效的维护措施,不仅降低回采效率,无法保证支架初撑力,而且很容易发生工作面顶板冒顶事故。马兰矿对12509工作面破碎顶板采取注浆加固技术,实际应用效果表明,采用该技术后提高了工作面破碎顶板稳定性,保证了工作面安全高效回采,取得了显著成效。 Due to the infuence of tectonic stress, the roof of fully mechanized mining face is broken during mining. If reasonable and effective maintenance measures are not taken, not only the mining effciency is reduced, the initial support force of the support cannot be guaranteed, but also easy to cause the roof caving accident of the working face. Malan Coal Mine adopted grouting reinforcement technology for broken roof of 12509 working face. The practical application results showed that the application of this technology improved the stability of the broken roof of working face, ensured the safe and effcient mining of working face and achieved remarkable results.
