摘要
为了解决西曲矿18401工作面上隅角瓦斯超限问题,研究分析了18401工作面瓦斯地质和赋存情况,确定了本煤层预抽、高位裂隙带抽采、煤柱钻孔抽采相结合的综合瓦斯抽采方法,提出相应的封孔工艺,并由抽采管路连接形成抽采系统。结果表明,通过建立综合瓦斯抽采系统和实施瓦斯抽采,有效降低了上隅角瓦斯浓度,解决了瓦斯超限问题,保障了回采工作的安全进行。
In order to solve the problem of gas overrun in the upper corner of 18401 working face in Xiqu Coal Mine, the gas geology and occurrence in 18401 working face were studied and analyzed. The comprehensive gas extraction method combining the pre-extraction of coal seam, the extraction of high-level fracture zone and the drilling and extraction of coal pillar was determined. The corresponding sealing technology was put forward, and the gas extraction system was formed by the connection of extraction pipelines. The results show that through the establishment of comprehensive gas extraction system and the implementation of gas extraction, the gas concentration in the upper corner is effectively reduced, the problem of gas exceeding limit is solved, and the safety of mining is guaranteed.
