摘要
40T刮板输送机是井下常用的一种运煤设备,与刮板输送机需配备相应的紧链设备大链张紧合适度是刮板输送机正常运行的基本条件。凤凰山矿原紧链设备在操作安全性和经济方面不能满足使用要求,据此设计了一种紧链效果好、操作安全、成本低的紧链装置,并进行了紧链能力验证和装置强度核算。
40T scraper conveyor is a kind of equipment that is commonly used to convey the coal underground. It should be equipped with corresponding tightening chain equipment, proper tension of large chain is the basic condition for the normal operation of scraper conveyor. The original chain tightener in Fenghuangshan Coal Mine cannot meet the requirements of operation safety and the demands of economy, so a chain tightener with good effect and low cost is designed. The performance of tightening chain is verifed and the strength of the device is calculated.
