选煤厂难沉降煤泥水特性及影响因素分析

Analysis on Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Hard-to-Sediment Coal Slime Water in Coal Preparation Plant

难沉降煤泥水的处理效果直接影响选煤效率。本文基于难沉降煤泥水的组成及特性,分析了煤泥水难沉降影响因素,结果表明,软质粘土的泥化作用、煤泥水中矿物颗粒粒度、ζ电位、选煤水的离子含量和硬度及循环水受限的空间与时间是影响煤泥水难沉降的关键因素,分析结果为选煤厂难沉降煤泥水处理提供一定的参考。

The treatment effect of hard-to-sediment coal slime water directly affects the effciency of coal preparation. Based on the composition and characteristics of diffcult-to-sediment coal slime water, this paper analyzes the factors affecting the sedimentation of the coal slime water. The results show that the argillization of soft clay, the size of mineral particle in the coal slime water, ζ zeta potential, ion content and hardness of the coal preparation water and the limited space and time of circulating water are the key factors affecting the sedimentation of the coal slime water. The analysis results provide a certain reference to the treatment of coal slime water that is hard to sediment in the coal preparation plant.
