摘要
文章结合水土保持一级区划特征和不同区域地形结构特点筛选了9项典型的水土保持相关指标构建了包含目标层、准则层、约束层和指标层的评价指标体系,对水土流失影响综合指数采用专家打分和层次赋分法对各指标的系数进行统计和计算。研究表明:评价指标体系的层次结构划分较为科学、合理,利用层次分析法求得的综合指数能够较好的反映水土流失影响程度和潜在值。
In combination with the features of soil and water conservation zoning in first grade and the features of topographic structure in different areas,9 typical indexes related to soil and water conservation,forming an appraisal index system composed of the target layer,criterion layer,limit layer and index layer,were constructed in this paper,to calculate the coefficient of each index for comprehensive index of soil and water erosion impact depending on expert decision and Hierarchical assignment. The study showed that division for layer structure of evaluation index system was more scientific and reasonable,and the comprehensive indexes obtained with analytic hierarchy process could reflect properly the degree affected by soil and water erosion and its potential value.
