农村小型水利工程参与式管理的农户行为分析

Farmer's Behavior Analysis of Participatory Management of Rural Small-scale Water Conservancy Project

文章通过对辽宁省朝阳县200个农户的调查资料进行收集,在构建了Logistic回归模型的基础上对研究区域的农村小型水利工程参与模式管理的农户行为进行实例验证分析。结果表明:农户家庭和生产等是影响农户参与小型水利工程的主要特征变量因素,同时农户社区特征也是影响农户参与行为的常见因素如社会经济发展水平、周围人员参与管理的比例等多种因素;本研究在此基础上对农户社区特征因素提出了相关的政策和建议,以期提高农户参与水利工程管理的积极性和主动性。

Through data collection of 200 rural households in Chaoyang County of Liaoning Province,based on Logistic regression model,this paper is to verify and analyze the farmer ＇ s behaviors of participating in management of rural small type water conservancy projects carried out in the area studied.The results show that： rural households and production are major characteristic variable factors affecting the rural household participation into small type water conservancy project,meanwhile,the community characteristics of rural households also the common factors affecting the farmer＇s participation behavior,as multiple factors including social economic development level and the participation proportion of staff around. The study put forward relevant policies and suggestion for community characteristic factors of rural households based on this,so as to increase the enthusiasm and initiative of farmers to participate in the management of water conservancy project.
