摘要
目的了解2013~2016年福建省婴幼儿配方乳粉中蜡样芽孢杆菌的污染状况。方法按照国家食源性致病菌监测工作手册及食品安全国家标准中蜡样芽孢杆菌的检验方法进行检验。结果共采集485份婴幼儿配方乳粉,检出蜡样芽孢杆菌52份,阳性率为10.72%。其中2013年的检出率最高,为14.50%。按采样的地区分,漳州市蜡样芽孢杆菌阳性率最高,达52.78%;龙岩市和三明市次之。不同季度、不同类别婴幼儿配方乳粉、不同产地以及采样地点采集的婴幼儿配方乳粉中蜡样芽孢杆菌的阳性率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论福建省市售婴幼儿配方乳粉中存在一定程度的蜡样芽孢杆菌污染。
Objective To investigate the contamination levels of Bacillus cereus in infant formula in Fujian province from 2013 to 2016. Methods Bacillus cereus was detected by the methods from national foodborne pathogens monitoring workbook and national food safety standard. Results A total Bacillus cereus detection positive rate of the 485 food samples was 10.72 % (52/485),and the highest contamination rate was 14.50% in 2013. Zhangzhou city had the highest positive rate(52.78 %), followed by Longyan city and Sanming city. There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Bacillus cereus in infant formula milk powder collected in different quarters, different types, different regions and sampiing sites. Conclusion There is contamination for Bacillus cereus in infant food in Fujian province.
