葛根、山楂、绞股蓝的提取物与红曲米合用降血脂作用研究 被引量:12

Study on reducing blood lipid effect of extracts from hawthom,gynostemma pentaphyllum,radix puerariae,and red yeast rice in combination

摘要 目的观察葛根、山楂、绞股蓝的提取物与红曲米合用对实验性高血脂大鼠的降血脂作用效果。方法根据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》辅助降血脂检测评价方法,将SPF级雄性大鼠(体重180.3~206.4g)随机分为200、400、800mg/kg·bw 3个剂量组、一个模型对照组和一个空白对照组,每组10只。连续灌胃30d后测定血清总胆固醇水平(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯水平(Triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)。结果高剂量组血清甘油三酯(2.38±1.00)mmol/L和血清总胆固醇(3.08±0.72)mmol/L均显著低于模型对照组(P <0.05或P <0.01);中、高剂量组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇分别为(0.34±0.05)mmol/L、(0.30±0.08)mmol/L,显著低于模型对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05或P <0.01),而各剂量组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与模型对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论葛根、山楂、绞股蓝的提取物与红曲米合用具有较好的降血脂作用。 Objective To observe blood lipid reduction effect of hyperlipidemia mice by using the combination of extracts from hawthom,gynostemma pentaphyllum,radix puerariae,and red yeast rice. Methods In accordance with method for the assessment of reducing blood lipids in Technical Standards for Testing and Assessment of Health Food ,50 SPF male mice(180.3-206.4 g) were randomly divided into five equal groups (one blank control group,one model control group and three dose groups of 200 mg/kg · bw,400 mg/kg · bw,800 mg/kg ·bw). The levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) ,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were measured after continuously intragastric infusion for 30 days. Results The levels of TG and TC in high dose group (2.38+ 1.00 and 3.08d:0.72 mmol/L, respectively) were significantly lower than that in model control group( P 〈0.05 or 〈0.01) ,the level of LDL-C in medium and high dose group(0.34±0.05 and 0.30±0.08 mmol/L,respectively) was significantly lower than that in model control group( P 〈0.05 or 〈0.01). There was no significant difference in the level of HDL-C in each dose groups compare to that in the control group( P 〉0.05). Conclusion The combination of extracts from hawthom,gynostemma pentaphyllum,radix puerariae and red yeast rice has function of reducing blood lipids.
