"双一流"建设意在打破高校多年来形成的身份固化、竞争缺失的现状,其差异化发展路径的设计以及资源配置方式的设定为地方高校争创一流、追求卓越提供了机遇和可能;地方高校应充分认识到加强学科专业一体化建设是"双一流"建设的题中应有之义,也是自身争创一流、追求卓越的重点突破之路和保障;因此,地方高校必须强化学科专业一体化建设,做好学科专业一体化建设的路径选择,其中包括统一认识,做好学科专业一体化建设的规划和顶层设计;采取措施,促进学科建设资源和专业建设资源的相互转化;积极推动,构建学科专业一体化的激励与评价机制。

The purpose of ＂double world-class＂ construction is to break the identity of curing formed and the lack of competition in universities for over the years. It designed the differential development path for local colleges and universities striving for excellence. Local colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of the discipline and the specialty, take measures to promote the mutual transformation of discipline construction resources and professional construction resources, and building up an incentive and evaluation mechanism for the integration of discipline and specialty.
