摘要
目的构建适用于中国护理文化的临床护理人员创新能力评价量表。方法以创新理论模型为指导,通过文献回顾、质性访谈、专家咨询等方法,形成临床护理人员创新能力评价量表。采用方便抽样法选取451名临床护士进行调查,分析量表信效度。结果临床护理人员创新能力评价量表包含护士创新主体、创新过程、创新环境和压力、创新产品4个维度,41个条目。量表内容效度指数为0.953,Cronbach's α系数为0.938,重测信度为0.675。结论临床护理人员创新能力评价量表具有较好的科学性、可靠性和有效性,可为评估临床护理人员创新能力提供工具。
Objective To develop the Nurse Innovation Ability Scale (NIAS) applicable to Chinese nursing culture,and to test its reliability and validity. Methods The preliminary scale was developed through literature review,qualitative interview,two rounds of expert panel review and group discussion and revision. A total of 451 clinical nurses were sampled to test its reliability and validity. Results NIAS consisted of 41 items and 4 dimen- sions(nurse innovation attainment,nurse innovation experiences,nurse innovation climate,and nurse innovation products). The scale-level content validity index (S-CVI) was 0.953,the Cronbach's a coefficient was 0.938,and the test-retest reliability was 0.675. Conclusion NIAS is a reliable tool that can be used to evaluate the innovation ability of clinical nurses.
