大孔树脂-结晶法精制蔓三七叶黄酮的集成技术研究

摘要 以蔓三七叶为原料,采用大孔吸附树脂对蔓三七叶黄酮进行初步精制,并探讨了大孔树脂对蔓三七叶黄酮的静态吸附率、吸附流速和洗脱剂浓度对吸附的影响,得到较为合适的工艺:以306型大孔树脂为蔓三七叶黄酮的吸附树脂,吸附流速2 mL/min;吸附完毕后用70%的乙醇洗脱,洗脱率在90.86%以上,得到含量为66.6%蔓三七叶黄酮。上述较纯产品再采用多次重结晶技术对其进一步纯化,蔓三七叶黄酮产品得率随重结晶次数的增加而减少,但其含量随重结晶次数的增加而增加,第4次重结晶后,蔓三七叶黄酮产品含量为91.8%。 The purification of Gynura procumbens leaves flavonoids by and re-crystallization were studied in this paper. The experiments on static coupling with macroporous adsorption resin adsorption rate of the resin, the flow rate on rate on absorption, 70% ethanol as the desorption. Under the conditions, the content of Gynura procumbens leaves flavonoids was 66.6%. The product was more puffed by re-crystallization, and the yield of Gynura proeumbens leaves flavonoids decrease with the increase the number of re-crystallization, but the content of Gynura procumbens leaves flavonoids increase with the increase of the number of re-crystallization. After the fourth re-crystallization, the content of flavonoids was 91.8%.
