摘要
以藠头鳞茎盘为外植体,以MS为基础培养基,添加不同浓度BA、NAA进行诱导芽丛形成,然后将幼苗培养在不同温度或不同蔗糖浓度的环境中。研究结果表明,BA对藠头芽的分化有很大影响,1.0 mg/L BA+1.0 mg/L NAA时,诱导芽分化和生长的效果明显好于其他处理。温度为30℃,糖度为10%时,鳞茎的高、直径、重量都显著大于其他处理。
The shoot cluster formation of Allium Chinense was induced by adding BA and NAA in MS-based medium, and then the seedlings were cultured at different temperatures or sucrose concentrations. The results showed that BA had a great effect on the differentiation of Epimedium buds. When BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 1.0 mg/ L, the effect of inducing bud differentiation and growth was obviously better than other treatments. When the temperature was 30 ℃ and the sugar content was 10%, the height, diameter and weight of bulb were significantly higher than those of other treatments.
