使用高倍显微镜观察几种细胞的教学设计

摘要 正确使用高倍显微镜和制作临时装片是基本的生物实验室操作技能。随着新一轮课程改革的不断推行,很多学校开始在课堂教学中引入小组合作学习活动。本文采用小组合作学习的方法,指导学生们完成了番茄果肉细胞临时装片的制作,使用高倍显微镜观察了几种细胞并通过小组讨论比较了不同细胞的异同。 Using high-power optical microscope correctly and making temporary mount are basic biological laboratory operation skills. With the new curriculum reforms being carried out continuously, cooperative learning activities in groups appear in many schools. The way of group cooperative learning was also applied in this lesson. Students used flesh of tomato to make temporary mount .They observed kinds of cells with high-power optical microscope and discussed with group members to compare microstructure differences and find common ground among them.
