摘要
磁性纳米粒子在生物医学中有着许多的应用,磁性纳米粒子/磁性纳米颗粒(Magnetic Nanoparticles,MNPs)既具有超顺磁性,能够在恒定磁场下聚集移动,又具有纳米材料的特点,粒子直径小,易于移动穿梭。本文结合磁性纳米粒子在体内生物医学应用和体外生物学应用展开讨论。
Magnetic nanoparticles have many applications in biomedicine. Magnetic nanoparticles/Magnetic Nanoparticles (MNPs) are both superparamagnetic, capable of aggregating and moving under a constant magnetic field, and have the characteristics of nanomaterials and small particle diameters. Easy to move and shuttle. This article discusses the biomedical applications and in vitro biological applications of magnetic nanoparticles in vivo.
