摘要
嵌合鼠模型主要用于基因功能、胚胎发育、细胞分化、调控机制和致病机理等方面的研究。嵌合鼠的制备方法主要有显微注射法、聚合法和共培养法。本文主要对嵌合鼠制备的最常用方法—显微注射法及其嵌合体制备的影响因素作一综述,为研究者在高效获取嵌合体方面提供参考。
Chimeric mice model is mainly applied to study gene function, embryo development, cell differentiation, development mechanisms and disease pathogenesis and so on. There are three methods for producing chimeras: mieroinjeetion, aggregation and coculturing. This review is mainly to introduce the most common method of generation chimeras-microinjection and influencing factors of generation chimeras. It aims to provide referencesfor researchers to produce chimerasefficiently.
