摘要
目的探讨一次性可扩张通道下微创经椎间孔入路腰椎间融合术治疗单节段腰椎退行性疾病的效果。方法选取2015年9月至2017年10月我院收治的单节段腰椎退行性疾病患者84例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组实施开放性经椎间孔入路腰椎间融合术治疗,观察组行一次性可扩张通道下微创经椎间孔入路腰椎间融合术治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效和术后恢复情况。结果观察组Macnab评价法优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的VAS评分均降低,Barthel指数评分均升高,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在单节段腰椎退行性疾病治疗中,一次性可扩张通道下微创经椎间孔入路腰椎间融合术治疗可有效改善患者腰椎功能,推荐推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive transforaminal approach lumbar interbody fusion through single expandable channel in single segment lumbar degenerative disease. Methods From September 2015 to October 2017, 84 patients with single segment lumbar degenerative disease treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 42 patients in each group. The control group was treated with open transforaminal approach lumbar interbody fusion. The observation group underwent minimally invasive transforaminal approach lumbar interbody fusion through single expandable channel. The clinical efficacy and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of Macnab evaluation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores decreased, the Barthel index scores increased in both groups, and those in the observation group were superior to the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of single segment lumbar degenerative disease, minimally invasive transforaminal approach lumbar interbody fusion through single expandable channel can effectively improve the lumbar function of patients and it is recommended for promotion.
