恩替卡韦联合血脂康胶囊治疗脂肪肝合并乙型肝炎的疗效及对病毒载量的影响

Effect of entecavir combined with Xuezhikang capsule on fatty liver complicated with hepatitis B and its influence on virus load

目的探究恩替卡韦联合血脂康胶囊治疗脂肪肝合并乙型肝炎的疗效及对病毒载量的影响。方法将96例脂肪肝合并乙型肝炎患者按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各48例。对照组给予恩替卡韦单独治疗,试验组给予恩替卡韦联合血脂康胶囊治疗。观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的ALT、AST、TBIL、TG、TC、LDL-C水平均显著降低,且试验组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的HBV-DNA载量均显著降低,且试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论恩替卡韦联合血脂康胶囊治疗脂肪肝合并乙型肝炎效果显著,可明显降低HBV-DNA载量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of entecavir combined with Xuezhikang capsule on fatty liver complicated with hepatitis B and its influence on virus load. Methods A total of 96 patients with fatty liver complicated with hepatitis B were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with entecavir alone, while the experimental group was treated with entecavir combined with Xuezhikang capsule. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the levels of ALT, AST, TBIL, TG, TC and LDL-C in both groups significantly decreased, and those in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, The HBV-DNA load in both groups significantly decreased, and that of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Entecavir combined with Xuezhikang capsule in the treatment of fatty liver complicated with hepatitis B has a significant effect, which can significantly reduce the HBV-DNA load and is worthy of clinical promotion.
