腹腔镜下肝脏切除术在肝脏良性肿瘤患者中的应用效果

Application effect of laparoscopic hepatectomy in patients with benign liver tumors

目的探讨腹腔镜下肝脏切除术在肝脏良性肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的120例肝脏良性肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予传统的肝脏切除术治疗,观察组给予腹腔镜下肝脏切除术治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的手术出血量、手术输血量、手术时间、住院时间及术后并发症总发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的AFP、CEA、CA199、AST、ALT及γ-GT水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下肝脏切除术治疗肝脏良性肿瘤患者临床效果较好,有利于降低肿瘤相关抗原AFP、CEA、CA199水平和AST、ALT、γ-GT水平,术后并发症发生率低,值临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of laparoscopic hepatectomy in patients with benign liver tumors. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with benign liver tumor from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional hepatectomy, and the observation group was treated by laparoscopic hepatectomy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. The amount of bleeding, blood transfusion, operation time, hospital stay and total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, the levels of AFP, CEA, CA199, AST, ALT and γ-GT significantly decreased in the two groups, and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic hepatectomy has a good clinical effect on patients with liver benign tumor, which is beneficial to reduce the levels of tumor related antigen AFP, CEA, CA199 and AST, ALT and γ-GT. It has a low incidence of postoperative complications and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
