Effect of montelukast sodium on airway hyperresponsiveness in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

摘要 目的研究孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童肺炎支原体感染气道高反应的效果。方法选取96例肺炎支原体感染气道高反应患儿,均于2016年2月至2017年4月入院,按照治疗方法分为对照组(48例)和研究组(48例)。对照组选用常规方式治疗,研究组基于常规方式选用孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组患儿治疗后的住院时间、刺激性咳嗽持续时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗后第7天、出院当日的呼吸峰流速实测与预计值比值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童肺炎支原体感染气道高反应的效果显著,可缩短患儿住院时间与刺激性咳嗽持续时间,还可改善其呼吸功能,值得推广应用。 Objective To study the effect of montelukast sodium on airway hyperresponsiveness in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods A total of 96 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection children with airway hyperresponsiveness were selected, they were admitted from February 2016 to April 2016, they were divided into control group(48 cases) and study group(48 cases) according to the treatment method. The control group was treated with conventional method, and the study group was treated with montelukast sodium based on conventional method. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The hospital stay and duration time of irritating cough after treatment in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P〈0.05). The ratio of the measured value to the predicted value of the respiratory peak flow rate on the 7 thday after treatment and on the day of discharge in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of montelukast sodium in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection children with airway hyperresponsiveness is significant, which can shorten the length of hospital stay and duration time of irritating cough, and improve their respiratory function. It is worthy of popularization and application.
