光固化复合树脂临床口腔美容修复效果及影响因素分析

Effect and influencing factors analysis of light-curing composite resin in clinical oral cosmetic repair

目的分析光固化复合树脂临床口腔美容修复效果及影响因素。方法选择我院2016年3月至2017年3月收治的73例行口腔美容修复的患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行光固化复合树脂治疗,统计和分析患者的治疗效果。结果经治疗,73例患者修复成功64例,失败9例(包含3例牙面严重变色、4例修复牙体松动或脱落、2例牙周病变),影响患者修复效果的因素有修复人员操作因素(包含牙釉质表面清洁不当、牙体表面或窝洞未彻底清洁、酸蚀时间控制不当、未充分磨光修复体龈缘部)和患者自身因素(饮食习惯不良、口腔卫生差、刷牙不当)。结论光固化复合树脂口腔美容修复总体效果良好,但治疗期间存在较多影响患牙恢复的因素,临床需不断提升自身修复技能并加强对患者的健康教育,以提升效果。

Objective To analyze the effect and influencing facto rs of light-curing composite resin in clinical oral cosmetic repair. Methods Seventy-three patients underwent oral cosmetic repair in our hospital from March 2016 to March2017 were selected as study objects. All the patients underwent light-curing composite resin therapy. The patient＇s treatment effects were statistically analyzed. Results After treatment, 64 cases were successfully repaired in 73 patients, 9 cases failed（including 3 cases of severe tooth discoloration, 4 cases of the restored tooth was loose or shedding, 2 cases of periodontal disease）, the factors affecting the patient＇s repair effect were the repair personnel operating factors（including improper cleaning of enamel surface, the surface or cavity of the tooth is not thoroughly cleaned, improper control of acid etching time, insufficient polishing of the rim of the prosthesis） and the patient＇s own factors（poor eating habits, poor oral hygiene, improper brushing）. Conclusion The overall effect of light-curing composite resin in oral cosmetic repair is good,however, there are many factors affecting the recovery of the affected teeth during treatment. It needs to continuously improve their own repair skills and strengthen health education for patients to improve the effect in clinic.
