血清hs-CRP、Hcy水平与高血压危险分层的关联性及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与高血压危险分层的关联性及其临床意义。方法选取2016年8月至2017年8月我院高血压患者100例,根据《中国高血压基层管理指南(2014年修订版)》高血压危险分层标准分为中危组(n=21)、高危组(n=33)、极高危组(n=46),均检测外周血hs-CRP、Hcy水平,比较三组血清hs-CRP、Hcy水平,分析其与高血压危险分层的相关性及临床意义。结果经单因素方差分析,三组血清hs-CRP、Hcy水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清hs-CRP、Hcy水平随高血压危险分层增加呈升高趋势,极高危组血清hs-CRP、Hcy水平高于高危组,高危组高于中危组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Spearman分析,血清hs-CRP(r1=0.865)、Hcy水平(r2=0.807)与高血压危险分层呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP、Hcy水平与高血压危险分层密切相关,能作为判定病情危险程度的重要指标,及时监测血清炎性因子水平可为临床治疗提供数据支持。 Objective To study the correlation between levels of serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and homocysteine(Hcy) with risk stratification of hypertension and its clinical significance. Methods One hundred cases of hypertension in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected and divided into middle risk group(n=21),high risk group(n=33) and extreme high risk group(n=46) according to the risk stratification standard of hypertension in the Guidelines for Management of Hypertension in China(Revised Edition 2014). The levels of hs-CRP and Hcy in peripheral blood of patients were measured. The serum hs-CRP and Hcy levels of the three groups were compared, and their correlation with the risk stratification of hypertension and their clinical sigmficance were analyzed. Results The single factor variance showed that the serum levels of hs-CRP and Hcy in the three groups were statistically different(P〈0.05). The serum hs-CRP and Hcy levels increased with the increase of risk stratification of hypertension. The levels of serum hs-CRP and Hcy in the extreme high risk group were higher than the high risk group, and those in the high risk group were higher than those in the middle risk group(P〈0.05). Spearman analysis showed that serum hs-CRP(r1=0.865) and Hcy level(r2=0.807)were positively correlated with risk stratification of hypertension(P〈0.05). Conclusion The level of serum hs-CRP and Hcy is closely related to the risk stratification of hypertension. It can be used as an important indicator to determine the risk of disease. The timely monitoring of serum inflammatory factors can provide data support for clinical treatment.
