自拟消烦解毒汤治疗桥本甲状腺炎的临床疗效

Efficacy of self-made Xiaofan Jiedu decoction in the treatment of hashimoto thyroiditis

目的探讨自拟消烦解毒汤治疗桥本甲状腺炎患者的疗效。方法将我院收治的200例桥本甲状腺炎的患者分为研究组和对照组。对照组口服左甲状腺素钠片治疗,研究组在此基础上加用消烦解毒汤。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率略微高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05),研究组治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者甲状腺肿程度均明显改善,且研究组患者优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者FT_3、FT_4水平均下降,TSH水平均升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟消烦解毒汤在治疗桥本甲状腺炎上疗效显著,且具有辨证论治的特色,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To explore the effect of self-made Xiaofan Jiedu decoction in the treatment of hashimoto thyroiditis. Methods A total of 200 patients with hashimoto thyroiditis admitted in our hospital were divided into study group and control group. The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets, while the study group was treated with Xiaofan Jiedu decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total treatment efficiency of the study group was slightly higher than that of the control group, but the difference was not significant（P〈0.05）, and the cure rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, swelling degree of the thyroid significantly improved in both groups, which in the study group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of FT_3 and FT_4 decreased in both groups,the level of TSH increased in both group, and those in the study group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The self-made Xiaofan Jiedu decoction has a remarkable effect in hashimoto thyroiditis and has the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
