院外心肺复苏术实施及培训现状

Implementation and training status of out-of-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation

心肺复苏术(CPR)是拯救心脏骤停患者必不可少的一项救命措施。而我国目前掌握CPR操作及院外心脏骤停患者的抢救成功率均远远落后于发达国家,因此,提高我国居民对CPR的公众意识及CPR培训的技能应作为提升心脏骤停生存率的核心任务。针对国内院外CPR的现状,汇总不同层次人群的院外实施CPR意愿及参与培训现状,对于今后普及全民急救知识、提高施救率、促进社会进步具有深远意义。

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR） is an essential life-saving measure to save patients with cardiac arrest.At present, mastering of CPR and the rescue success rate of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest patients in China is far behind developed countries. Therefore, improving the public awareness of CPR and CPR training skills should be the core task of improving the survival rate of cardiac arrest. In the view of the current situation of out-of-hospital CPR in China, it is of far-reaching significance to collect the willingness of different levels of people to implement out-of-hospital CPR and the current situation of participating in training for popularizing first aid knowledge of the whole people, improving rescue rate and promoting social progress in the future.
