摘要
目的探讨人文关怀在基础护理操作中的应用。方法选取2016年8月至2017年8月在我院住院治疗的110例患者为研究对象,按照住院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组实施基础护理操作,观察组在对照组基础上实施人文关怀。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的基础操作、病区的管理、护患沟通能力评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者的SDS和SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的SDS和SAS评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在基础护理操作中给予患者人文关怀,可有效提升基础护理质量,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床应用和推广。
Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in basic nursing operation. Methods A total of 110 patients hospitalized in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as study objects. According to the order of hospitalization, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received basic nursing operation, and the observation group implemented humanistic care on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of basic operation, ward management and communication between nurses and patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Before nursing, there were no significant differences in the scores of SDS and SAS between the two groups(P〉0.05); after nursing, the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care for patients in basic nursing operation can effectively improve the quality of basic nursing, improve patients' satisfaction with nursing. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
