心理认知疗法对胆囊癌患者术后负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological cognitive therapy on postoperative negative emotion and quality of life in patients with gallbladder cancer

目的探究心理认知疗法对胆囊癌患者术后负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法将我院92例行腹腔镜胆囊癌手术患者按入院时间分为对照组和试验组,各46例。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上给予心理认知疗法。比较两组患者干预前、后抑郁、焦虑、生活质量情况及护理满意度。结果干预后,两组患者SDS、SAS评分均显著降低,且试验组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组生理功能、精神状态、社会功能、情感职能评分均显著升高,且试验组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜胆囊癌手术患者予以心理认知疗法,可明显缓解负性情绪,提高患者的生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological cognitive therapy on postoperative negative emotion and quality of life in patients with gallbladder cancer. Methods A total of 92 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group according to the admission time,with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group was given psychological cognitive therapy on the basis of the control group. The situations of depression, anxiety and quality of life before and after intervention and nursing satisfaction rates were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS of the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The scores of physiological function, mental state, social function and emotional function of the two groups significantly increased, and those in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological cognitive therapy for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can obviously alleviate negative emotions, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
