舒适护理在慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果

Application effect of comfort nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure

目的探讨舒适护理在慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者护理中的应用效果。方法将2015年8月至2017年7月我院收治的108例慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者分为对照组与观察组,每组54例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组护理总有效率为98.14%,明显高于对照组的75.92%(P<0.05);观察组患者的社会功能、躯体功能、心理功能以及物质功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可以提高慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者生活质量,有益于患者疾病的恢复,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure. Methods A total of 108 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure admitted in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2017 were divided into control group and observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The conntrol group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given comfort nursing, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 98.14%, which was significantly higher than 75.92% of the control group（P〈0.05）.The scores of social function, somatic function, mental function and material function in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort nursing can improve the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure and is beneficial to the recovery. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
