不同心理护理方式对宫颈癌前病变患者的护理效果

Nursing effect of different psychological nursing methods on patients with cervical precancerous lesions

目的分析不同心理护理方式对宫颈癌前病变患者的护理效果。方法选取本院2015年3月至2017年10月收治的70例宫颈癌前病变患者,依据随机数字表法将其分成两组,各35例。参照组给予常规心理护理,试验组给予综合心理护理。比较两组患者护理前、后的心理健康情况、SDS、SAS评分及临床依从率。结果护理后,两组的心理健康情况、SDS及SAS评分均显著降低,且试验组低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组的临床依从率显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌前病变患者实施综合心理护理的效果显著优于常规心理护理。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of different psychological nursing methods on patients with cervical precancerous lesions. Methods From March 2015 to October 2017, 70 patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted in our hospital were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine psychological nursing, and the experimental group was given comprehensive psychological nursing. The scores of mental health status, SDS and SAS before and after treatment and clinical compliance rate of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of mental health status, SDS and SAS in the two groups significantly decreased, and those in the experimental group were lower than the reference group（P〈0.05）. The clinical compliance rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of comprehensive psychological nursing on patients with cervical precancerous lesions is significantly better than conventional psychological nursing.
