前置式健康教育应用于初产妇妊娠期对其分娩方式和妊娠结局的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析在初产妇妊娠期实施前置式健康教育对其分娩方式和妊娠结局的影响。方法选取在我院产科定期行产前检查并住院分娩的初产妇100例,以随机数字表将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组妊娠期予以常规产检,观察组在对照组基础上实施前置式健康教育。对比两组产妇分娩前的情绪状态、分娩方式和妊娠结局。结果观察组分娩前的状态焦虑量表(SAI)负性情绪和恐惧评定量表(QRS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),SAI正性情绪评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的剖宫产分娩率和不良妊娠结局总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在初产妇中妊娠期实施前置式健康教育,可改善其分娩前的情绪状态,降低剖宫产率,并改善妊娠结局。 Objective To analyze the effect of front-mounted health education on the delivery mode and pregnancy outcomes of primiparas during pregnancy. Methods A total of 100 primiparas admitted the regular prenatal examination and delivery in obstetrics department of our hospital were divided into control group(50 cases) and observation group(50 cases)by random number table. The control group was given routine prenatal examination during pregnancy, while the observation group was given front-mounted health education on the basis of the control group. The emotional states of primiparas before delivery, delivery mode and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results Before delivery, the scores of negative emotion of the state anxiety scale(SAI) and quail rating scale(QRS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05), and the positive emotion score of SAI was higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05). The cesarean delivery rate and total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The front-mounted health education in primiparas during pregnancy can improve the emotional state before delivery, reduce the rate of cesarean section and improve the pregnancy outcomes.
