本文分析了由于评审专家的不良职业道德,不认真履行评标职责,不满获取的评审劳务报酬,导致评标结果错误的恶劣后果。以案例为教训,从评审专家的不良行为、违反哪些评标工作纪律和不得获取评审劳务报酬的法律规定等三个方面提出了评审专家要遵守的评标工作纪律,以保证评标工作的正常秩序和政府采购活动的公平、公正。
