基于CAS理论的高技术服务业演化动力机制研究

Research on the Dynamic Mechanism of High-tech Service Industry Evolution Based on CAS Theory

借鉴复杂适应系统理论的核心思想,将高技术服务业视为由众多适应性主体构成的复杂系统,探索CAS理论下该系统的演化阶段和动力机制。研究结果显示:高技术服务业是由若干相互联系和相互作用的因素构成的一种新兴服务业复杂系统;演化阶段包括孕育、竞争与合作、成熟衰退等过程;演化的动力机制包括政府推动机制、需求拉动机制、创新驱动机制、专业化与产业融合机制、竞争与合作机制等。高技术服务业的发展需要加强多种动力机制的互动与协调,才能取得整体大于局部的效应,进而提升产业发展水平。

Based on the core idea of complex adaptive system theory, this paper regards high - tech service industry- as a complex system composed of many adaptive subjects, and explores the stage and dynamic mechanism of high -tech service sys- tem under CAS theory. The results show that ： the high - tech service industry is a complex system of emerging service industry composed of several interrelated and interacting factors. The stage includes the emergence, competition and co- operation, mature recession and so on. The dynamic mechanism of evolution includes government promotion mechanism, demand pull mechanism, innovation drive mechanism, specialization and industry integration mechanism, competition and cooperation mechanism. The development of high - tech service industry needs to strengthen the interaction and co- ordination of various dynamic mechanisms in order to achieve the overall effect which can be greater than the local, and thus enhances the level of industrial development.
