“互联网+”背景下公共图书馆公共文化服务优化探究——以长沙市图书馆为例

Research on the Optimization of Public Cultural Services in Public Libraries under the Background of “Internet Plus”——By the Case of Changsha City Library

"互联网+"对于公共图书馆而言,既是机遇也是挑战,特别是公共图书馆的公共文化服务。调查发现长沙市图书馆公共文化服务创新取得了显著的成就,但也还存在一些公共图书馆公共文化服务所普遍存在的问题,诸如用户相关信息安全制度有待完善、数字馆藏资源的建设相对落后、公共文化服务软实力有待提高等,在此基础上提出"互联网+"公共图书馆公共文化服务的改善,必须加强以"互联网+"为核心技术支撑的基础设施建设,完善互联网信息监管法规制度建设,创新公共文化服务方式与途径满足公共文化服务的个性化需求,提升图书馆员"互联网+"思维打造公共文化服务专业性团队。

＂Interact ＋ ＂ is both an opportunity- and a challenge for public libraries, especially the public cultural services of public libraries. The survey found that Changsha City- Library- has made remarkable achievements in public cultural service in- novation, but there are still some eomnlon problems in public library- public cultural services, such as the user- related information security system needs to be improved, and the construction of digital collection resources is relatively back- ward. The improvenlent of the public cultural service＇ s soft power needs to be improved and other issues. On the base of that, it proposes the improvenlent of the ＂Intemet ＋ ＂ public library- public cultural services and the infrastructure. construction nmst be strengthened with ＂Interact ＋ ＂ as the core technological support. The construction of Internet in- formation supervision and regulation system should be perfected, and public cultural service methods and approaches nmst be satisfied. Raising librarians＂ ＂Internet ＋ ＂ thinking to create a professional team for public cultural services.
