摘要
研究了扩展型分布族Marshall-Olkin Fréchet分布的参数估计问题.运用迭代方法分情况讨论了当部分参数未知时参数的极大似然估计;利用MATLAB软件和喷气式飞机空调系统连续故障间隔时间的数据,进一步讨论了多个分布总体参数在序约束下的极大似然估计问题.
The problem of parameter’s estimation within the expansion type distribution of MarshallOlkin Fréchet distribution is studied.The maximum likelihood estimation is discussed by using the iterative method when some parameters are unknown.By using the MATLAB software and the data of the successive failure intervals time which from the jet air conditioning systems,maximum likelihood estimation of the distribution parameters under the order restriction is obtained.
