摘要
标准化病人传入国内已有20多年历史,其培养体系正不断完善,结合文献与个人培训经验,分析标准化病人在招募、培训、考核及录用中的实际流程,探究标准化病人应用的实际意义,以期为临床教学与技能考试提供参考。
Standardized patients have been introduced into Chinafor more than 20 years, and their training system is constantlyimproving. Combining literature and personal training experi-ence, we analyze the actual process of standardized patients inrecruitment, training, assessment and recruitment, and explorethe practical significance of standardized patient application, witha view to providinga reference for clinical teaching and skillstesting.
