随着时代的进步与发展,当代医学教育工作呈现出许多新现象、新问题。本文通过对医学生职业认同现状的分析,引出职业认同教育的重要性以及面临的挑战,旨在探讨社会工作方法在医学生职业认同教育方面应用的可行性,以促进工作理念方法转变,将新的思维与方法运用于高等医学教育工作。

With the progress and development of the times, con-temporary medical education has presented many new phenome-na and new problems. Through the analysis of the status quo ofmedical students＇ professional identity, this paper introduces theimportance of professional identity education and the challengesit faces. It aims to explore the feasibility of applying social workmethods in medical students＇ professional identity education topromote the transformation of work philosophy and methods. Thethinking and methods are applied to higher medical education.
