摘要
本文通过在"商业银行网点经营管理"课程课堂教学中采用多角色体验式情境教学模式,从教学实践出发,在授课方式、授课内容、管理机制和考核方式等方面进行了一些创新,将课堂教学创新与学生的职业能力培养有机地结合在一起。
This paper adopts the multi-role experiential situa-tional teaching mode in the classroom teaching of "Branch Man-agement of Commercial Banks". From the teaching practice, ithas made some innovations in the teaching methods, teachingcontent, management mechanism and assessment methods of thecourse. The innovations of classroom teaching is organically inte-grated with the development of students' professional abilities.
