以南京理工大学材料学院为例浅谈做好科研管理工作的感想

Experience of Doing a Good Job in Scientific Research Management: Taking the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Nanjing University of Science and Technology as an Example

高校承担了培养高素质人才的职责,大学的科学研究承担了发展高科技的职能。因此高校的科研管理工作对高校职能的发挥起着重要的作用。高校的科学研究是国家实施各级各类科技计划的重要途径,国家自然科学基金的研究任务以及国家重点研发计划很大程度上都是由高校的科研工作者来承担。因此,高校的科研管理工作模式要体现在人才、战略的创新管理上,促使科研管理人员传统、单纯的行政工作转变成灵活、高效、积极的科研工作者的强辅助,左右手,为科研工作者产出更多的科研成果做出贡献。

Colleges and universities have assumed the responsi-bility of cultivating high-quality talents, and the scientific re-search of colleges and universities has assumed the function ofdeveloping high technology. Therefore, the scientific researchmanagement of colleges and universities plays an important rolein the function of colleges and universities. Scientific research incolleges and universities is an important way for the state to im-plement various types of science and technology programs at alllevels. The research tasks of the National Natural Science Foun-dation and the national key research and development programsare largely undertaken by scientific research workers at collegesand universities. Therefore, the scientific research managementmode of colleges and universities should be reflected in the inno-vative management of talents and strategies, and the traditionaland simple administrative work of scientific research managersshould be transformed into flexible, efficient and active assistants,so as to help researchers to produce more scientific research re-sults.
