摘要
民办高校办公室管理工作是高校战略管理的一部分。一个健全、完善的管理工作不仅关乎员工的切身利益,而且还影响着高校的长远发展。该文基于公平理论及激励理论,结合武汉某民办高校现状及问题进行了分析,以期民办高校办公室管理工作做出创新性建议。
The office management of private colleges is part of thestrategic management of colleges. A sound and perfect manage-ment is not only about the vital interests of employees, but alsoaffects the long-term development of colleges. Based on the the-ory of fairness and motivation, this paper analyzes the status quoand problems of a private college in Wuhan, and makes innova-tive suggestions for the office management of private colleges.
