高职院校学生社团建设现状及对策研究

Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Student Association Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

在新时代,学生社团在高职院校得到了迅猛发展,这是高职生按照自己的意愿,基于个人兴趣自主参加的课外活动组织。伴随着高职院校发展规模的日渐庞大,校园中出现了越来越多的学生社团,这些社团的发展充实了高职生的课余生活,促进了学生的综合素质的提升。从目前来看,高职院校在建设学生社团方面还有一些不足,只有解决这些问题,才能真正发挥学生社团在校园文化生活中的作用。

In the new era, student associations have developedrapidly in higher vocational colleges. They are extracurricular or-ganizations that higher vocational students participate based ontheir own wishes and interests. Along with the growing scale ofhigher vocational colleges, more and more student associationshave emerged on campus. The development of these associationshas enriched the after-school life of higher vocational studentsand promoted the improvement of students＇ comprehensive qual-ity. From the current point of view, higher vocational colleges stillhave some shortcomings in building student associations. Only bysolving these problems can we truly play the role of student asso-ciations in campus cultural life.
