在建设国家中心城市“大西安”,大力发展轨道交通建设背景下,概述了轨道交通人才需求的变化,并据此对轨道交通高职院校人才培养工作提出了改革举措：专业设置和建设必须以市场需求为导向;扩大人才培养规模;形成“工学交替”、“订单式”培养等产学合作模式;形成校企“双主体”合作办学模式等.最后分析了轨道交通高职院校在发展中面临的问题并提出了解决方案.

In the context of the construction of ＂big Xi＇an＂,the central city of China and the development of rail transit construction, the changes in the demand for personnel in rail transit are summarized. According to this, the reform measures are put forward for the personnel training in higher vocational colleges. The professional setting and construction must be guided by the market demand,expand the scale of personnel training,form a mode of production and study cooperation, such as ＂work ahernation＂,＂order form＂training, and form the＂double subject＂mode for school and enterporise. Finally, the problems in the development of rail transit vocational colleges are analyzed and solutions are put forward.
