沧州市2017年7月最大暴雨过程及影响分析

摘要 针对沧州市2017年7月最大暴雨过程,即26-27日出现的强降雨以及带来的各种影响进行了研究。本次暴雨使河道流量增大、洼淀蓄水量增加、地下水位抬升等;同时本次暴雨使沧州市城区积水严重,部分道路交通中断,在很大程度上影响了当地群众的出行。在以上分析成果的基础上,结合沧州市实际情况,为实现雨水资源化提出一系列建议,也为进一步研究河北平原区主汛期相当量级的暴雨提供思路。 In this paper, the maximum rainstorm process in July 2017 in Cangzhou, namely, the heavy rainfall on 26-27 days, and the influence caused by it are studied. The rainstorm makes the river flow increases, low-lying water increased, the rising of groundwater table; at the same time, the rainstorm makes water in Cangzhou is serious, a lot of road traffic interruption, have great influence on the local people to travel. On the basis of the above analysis results, combined with the actual situation of Cangzhou, for the realization of rainwater resources, a series of recommendations, but also provide ideas for further research in Hebei plain is the main flood season rainstorm magnitude.
