减低强度预处理亲缘间单倍体相合非体外去T细胞外周血造血干细胞移植治疗自体造血干细胞移植后复发的霍奇金淋巴瘤一例

Reduced-intensity conditioning haploidentical peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation without T-cell depletion in vitro for treatment of relapsed Hodgkin lymphoma after autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation： report of one case

患者 男性，28岁，于2010年8月发现左侧颈部淋巴结肿大，淋巴结活组织检查确诊为霍奇金淋巴瘤（HL），结节硬化型Ⅳ期B。给予10次ABVD方案化疗，获完全缓解（CR），于2011年1月初行干细胞动员，1月底回输自体造血干细胞，移植后于2011年3月、4月分别行局部（脾脏、双侧锁骨下）放疗，并行干扰素、白细胞介素2治疗。2011年5月后均未复查随诊。
