穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎选穴及用药规律

Acupoint application Analysis of acupoint selection and medication rule in the treatment of allergicrhinitis

目的分析现代文献中穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎的选穴及用药规律,为临床治疗该病提供依据。方法采用计算机检索的方式,检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WF)及维普期刊数据库(VIP)自建刊以来符合穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎的相关文献,对其进行整理、筛选、统计及分析。结果最终纳入有效文献123篇,其中包含37个穴位、43味中药。选穴以腰背部的足太阳膀胱经穴为主,穴位类型以背俞穴为主,肺俞穴居首位;用药多选取发泡药物,以白芥子、细辛、甘遂、延胡索为多,多归于肺、脾经,药性多温,药味以辛、苦、甘味为主。结论中药穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎在改善症状方面有着一定的优势,其选穴及用药的规律性可为今后的临床治疗提供参考和借鉴。

Objective To summarize the acupoints selection and medication rules for allergic rhinitis treated with acupoint application, and to provides a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods By computer retrieval way, retrievalthe China Journal Full-text Database by computer（CNKI） and Wanfang database（WF） and VIP database self published since the research results of domestic scholars in the clinical literature of acupoint application in the treatment of allergic rhinitis, carrieson the sorting, filtering, statisticsanalysis. Results Finally, a total of 123 pieces of literature were included, involving 43 types of herbs and 37 acupoints.On the acupoints selection, the footbladdermeridianis the main point, the acupoint type is mainly on the back-shu point, and the Feishu（BL 13） istheone of the most. On the medicine, choose the foaming medicine more, with the Baijiezi（Brassica alba Boiss）, Xixin（Radix et Rhizoma Asari）, Gansui（Radix Kansui）, Yanhusuo（Corydalis） is much, most of the medication belonged to the lung and spleen, according to multi drug resistance, pungent, bitter, sweet. Conclusion Acupoint application has good efficacy in the treatment of all ergicrhinitis, and has acertain advantage in improving symptoms and regularity of the selected point and medication can provide reference for future clinical treatment and using for reference.
