养心止痛汤治疗缓慢性心律失常

Effect of Self-made Yangxin Zhitong decoction on treating slow arrhythmia

目的探究自拟方养心止痛汤治疗缓慢性心律失常的疗效。方法 90例缓慢性心律失常患者(中医辨证为心血瘀阻型),分为中医组(口服养心止痛汤)与西医组(服用硫酸阿托品),疗程2周,比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗3月后,养心止痛汤组的临床有效率为97.8%,而西医组的临床有效率则为84.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗前心率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后养心止痛汤组的心率上升率明显高于西医组(P<0.05);治疗后中医组不良反应发生率为8.9%,西医组则为26.7%,养心止痛汤组的不良反应低于西医组(P<0.05)。结论对缓慢性心律失常(心血瘀阻型)采用养心止痛汤治疗可以有效降低其用药后的不良反应,促进心率的上升,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of self-made Yangxin Zhitong decoction on the treatment of chronic arrhythmia. Methods 90 cases of patients with slow arrhythmia（TCM syndrome for the blood stasis type） was divided into TCM group（Oral Yangxin Zhitong decoction） and Western medicine group（taking atropine sulfate）, two weeks of treatment, compared the two groups of treatment. Results The clinical effective rate was 97.8% after treatment after three months, while the clinical effective rate of the western medicine group was 84.5%, the diff erence was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; There was no significant diff erence in heart rate before treatment between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the rate of heart rate increase was significantly higher in the Yangxin Zhitong decoction group than that in the western medicine group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction was 8.9% in the Yangxin Zhitong decoction group after treatment, while that in the western medicine group was 26.7%, the adverse reactions of Yangxin Zhitong decoction group was slightly lower than that of western medicine group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of Yangxin Zhitong decoction in the treatment of chronic arrhythmia（blood stasis type） can effectively reduce the adverse reaction after administration, promote the increase of heart rate and improve the clinical curative effect.
