大柴胡汤联合西医治疗急性胰腺炎

Dachaihu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis

目的分析探讨大柴胡汤结合西医治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法选取我院于2014年3月-2017年3月期间收治的150例急性胰腺炎患者,将所有患者随机分为试验组与对照组,各75例,其中对照组患者均给予西医常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组的治疗基础上联合使用大柴胡汤进行治疗。观察并记录2组患者的住院时间、首次通便时间、腹痛时间、血淀粉酶水平以及胃肠功能评分等情况,比较2组患者的总体治疗效果。结果对照组患者的总有效率为65.33%,显著低于试验组患者的97.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组治疗后的血淀粉酶水平与胃肠功能评分结果均显著低于治疗前,且试验组血淀粉酶水平与胃肠功能评分结果显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的临床症状缓解时间(腹痛缓解时间、首次通便时间、住院时间)均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯西医常规治疗相比,大柴胡汤结合西医治疗急性胰腺炎能够有效提高患者的治疗效果,降低血淀粉酶水平与胃肠功能评分,缩短临床症状缓解时间。

Objective Analysis of the clinical effect of Dachaihu decoction combined with western medicine for the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods Select our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 admitted during the period of 150 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis, all patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group, each group of patients of 75 cases of control group patients were given conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment of patients are in the control group and test group based on the combination of Dachaihu decoction treatment. To observe and record the length of hospital stay, the first time of the patient, the time of abdominal pain, the level of blood amylase and the function of gastrointestinal function, and the overall therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 65.33%, which was significantly lower than that of the experimental group（97.33%, P〈0.05）. The test group and the control group after treatment, the serum amylase level and gastrointestinal function score were significantly lower than those before treatment and the experimental group, the serum amylase level and gastrointestinal function scores were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The remission time of clinical symptoms（abdominal pain relief time, the first defecation time, hospitalization time） in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with conventional western medicine, Dachaihu decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of acute pancreatitis, reduce the level of serum amylase and gastrointestinal function score, shorten the clinical symptom relief time.
