腹针引气归元加灸三阴交治疗原发性痛经

Abdominal acupuncture entraining Guiyuan moxibustion Sanyinjiao in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea

目的观察腹针引气归元加灸三阴交治疗原发性痛经的临床治疗效果。方法选取60例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30人。对照组在经期口服西药布洛芬缓释片(1片/次,早晚各1次)进行疗效对比。治治疗组用腹针引气归元为主结合艾灸三阴交的方法进行临床治疗,在经期5 d前选用气海、关元、中脘、下脘、下风湿点(气海旁开2.5寸)等腧穴结合具体病例辨证选穴治疗30 min,同时艾灸三阴交15~30 min。治疗周期均为3个月。结果治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率76.67%。结论腹针在治疗原发性痛经可调节脏腑,促进气血的运行,平衡人体阴阳,同时也能加快局部和远端循环,使血流量增加,有利于血块的溶解,会使子宫肌挛消除。

Objective To observe the clinical treatment effects of abdominal acupuncture and moxibustion Sanyinjiao to treat primary dysmenorrhea. Methods In the study, we selected 60 patients, and the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（abdominal acupuncture group） and the control group（ibuprofen group）. The control group took sustained-release Ibuprofen sustained release tablets in their menstrual period（adults took one the first time, every morning and evening after） to advance the healing effect. The treatment group was treated with the abdominal acupuncture, moxibustion Sanyinjiao methods in order to advance the clinical treatment, in the first 5 days before their menstrual period for Qihai, Guanyuan, Zhongwan, Xiawan, Xiafengshidian（by point Qihai 2.5 inch） and other points combined with specific cases of dialectical selection points were treated for 30 minutes, at the same time using moxibustion Sanyinjiao for 15 ～ 30 minutes. The treatment period was 3 months. Results The treatment group had an efficiency of 90.00%, and the control group had an efficiency of 76.67%. Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea can regulate the viscera, promote the movement of qi and blood, balance the yin and yang of human body, accelerate local and distal circulation, increase blood flow, facilitate the dissolution of blood clot, and eliminate myoclonus of uterus.
