整脊手法加理疗配合中药辨证治疗颈性眩晕

Chiropractic technique and physical therapy with Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment of cervical vertigo syndrome differentiation

目的观察整脊手法加理疗配合中药辨证治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法将90例患者按随机数字表法分为3组:整脊手法配合理疗治疗组,30例;理疗配合中药辨证治疗组,30例;整脊手法加理疗配合中药辨证治疗组,30例。治疗以2周为1个疗程,总治疗时间为2个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果整脊手法加理疗配合中药辨证治疗组的2项治疗指标均高于其他2组;且治疗后的症状积分显著高于治疗前的症状积分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后的症状积分与其他2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整脊手法加理疗配合中药辨证治疗颈性眩晕明显优于理疗配合中药辨证治疗或整脊手法加理疗治疗。

Objective Observe the therapeutic effect of cervical vertigo treated with chiropractic-physiotherapydialectical TCM combined. Methods The 90 volunteers were randomly divided into 3 group as follows： chiropractic-dialectical TCM combined group（n = 30）, physiotherapy-dialectical TCM combined group（n = 30）, chiropractic-physiotherapy-dialectical TCM combined group（n = 30）. Subsequently started two courses of treatment and per treatment consist of two weeks. Results The two treatment indexes in the treatment group were higher than those in the other two groups, and the symptom score after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment（P〈0.05）. The symptom score after treatment was significantly diff erent from that of the other two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of cervical vertigo treated with chiropractic-physiotherapydialectical TCM combined significantly better than chiropractic-dialectical TCM combined group or physiotherapydialectical TCM combined group.
