住院病案首页疾病诊断检索系统的设计与实现

The Design and Implementation of the Disease Diagnosis Retrieval System of the Front Pages of Hospitalization Cases

医院存在2个或以上的住院病案首页管理系统,且各个系统间的数据不兼容,或者虽然同一个系统但所用的疾病编码字典库频繁更新,这些都不利于疾病诊断信息的快速、连续和完整的检索。本文采用ACCESS数据库管理工具,在医院住院病案首页源数据的基础上新建了若干个数据表,通过数据表的交互查询、创建窗体、链接数据主表和子表等方法设计了疾病诊断检索系统,并对疾病字典库中的编码错误或名称不规范问题,建立了与标准疾病编码字典库对照关系,有效解决了该问题。

There are two or more of the hospital medical record front pages management system in a hospital, and data are not compatible between various systems, or although disease coding dictionary library used for the same system but frequently updated, these are not conducive to disease diagnosis information fast, continuous and integrated retrieval. In this paper, the use of ACCESS database management tools, on the basis of the hospital medical record home page source data has built several data tables, through the data tables of interactive query, create the form data, linking the main table and the disease diagnosis methods such as child table design retrieval system, and the name of disease coding errors in the library or the dictionary is not standard, established the relation to standard disease coding dictionary library reference, and effectively solve the problem.
