口腔科医院感染影响因素的灰色关联分析

Study on the Risk Fctors on Nosocomial Infection of Stomatology Department by Grey Correlation Analysis

目的本研究主要分析综合医院口腔科医院感染的影响因素,为预防和控制医院感染提供依据。方法选取2013年-2017年与口腔科医院感染密切相关的7项指标,分别为口腔科医院感染率、医疗器械检测合格率、物体表面卫生合格率、空气卫生合格率、水质量合格率、医护人员手卫生合格率和医护人员院感知识知晓率。采用灰色关联方法进行分析,找出主要的影响因素。结果研究结果发现,物体表面卫生合格率、医疗器械检测合格率和空气卫生合格率三者关联度最大,分别是0.7827、0.7774和0.7723。其次是医护人员手卫生合格率和医护人员院感知识知晓率,关联度分别是0.5695和0.5516。结论物体表面卫生、医疗器械情况和空气卫生状况是影响口腔科医院感染的主要因素。医院管理者应该,特别注意提高物体表面卫生、医疗器械检测和空气卫生质量,采取有效措施降低口腔科医院感染的发生。

Objective To conduct an analysis on the risk factors of nosocomial infection in department of stomatology, provide basis for the prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods To select 7 indicators closely related to nosocomial infection in department of stomatology, and use grey correlation analysis method to analyze the risk factors. Results Association degree of surface health passing rate, medical device testing passing rate and air hygiene passing rate was the largest,0.7827,0.7774 and 0.7723 respectively, followed by hand hygiene in medical staff passing rate and knowledge for hospital infection of medical staff passing rate, with association degree of0.5695 and 0.5516 respectively. Conclusions Having a clear knowledge of the main risk factors could effectively reduce the occurrence of hospital infection in department of stomatology.
