摘要 目的探讨模拟教学在产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月1日-2016年12月31日期间在北京市某妇产医院产科接受规范化培训的住院医师44人,对其实施模拟教学,通过调查问卷及出科成绩进行总结。结果 97.3%的住院医师赞同开展模拟教学并增加教学课时,90%以上的医师认为能提高对产科理论知识的理解,有利于理论联系实际。2015年及2016年规范化培训的住院医师的出科成绩与2014年进行比较,有明显提高,P<0.01。结论模拟教学方法受到了住院医师的肯定,对规范化培训的住院医师提高产科基础理论及实际应用技能有积极作用,可以弥补在实际临床教学工作中资源的不足。 Objective To discuss the application significance of simulation teaching in standardized training resident in obstetric. Methods Simulation teaching methods were applied in standardized training residents and questionnaire and examination were required to complete. Results 97.3% of the residents agreed to carry out simulation training and increase training hours,above 90% of them thought their comprehension of obstetric theory and the ability to integrate theory with practice had improved obviously through the training,the scores increased significantly in 2015 and 2016 residents,p〈0.01,compared with residents at 2014.Conclusions Simulation training won the approval of residents,these teach methods were actively suited for standardized training residents to improve their clinical ability in theory as well as practice skills in obstetrics department,and could well covered the shortage of insufficient resources of medical education.
